Deborah Kessler Hudak, MD, MHA — Chief Medical Officer of Face & Mane
Biography

Three decades at the front of the face.

Dr. Hudak built her career in oculofacial plastic surgery, the subspecialty concerned with the eyelids, brow, and midface — the most technically unforgiving territory on the face, and the area where injectable errors are least recoverable. That training is the reason Face & Mane's protocols read the way they do: conservative dosing, anatomy before template, and a documented reason for every unit placed.

She has spent more than thirty years working with aesthetic injectables and has taught nationally as an instructor to master's-level injectors. At Face & Mane she personally trains and certifies every clinician on the platform, sets the standards each provider level must meet, and reviews the clinical escalations that come through the platform.

Her position on concierge aesthetics is simple: convenience is only worth having if the medicine underneath it is identical to what you would receive in a surgical practice. That is the bar the platform is built to hold.

Protocols she writes and oversees.

Every treatment Face & Mane offers runs on a written protocol authored under Dr. Hudak's medical direction.
